FRANKFURT : In Pakistan undemocratic institutions have run the state for a long time in the name of democracy through “corrupt feudal politicians and blackmailing bureaucrats” as a result of which every sector has been destroyed and the law has become a means of blackmail instead of justice. Among these is the “blasphemy” law through which thousands of young boys and girls in Pakistan are being blackmailed and pushed toward a life of crime. Those who refuse are punished in the name of blasphemy. According the WPM (International) The public is subjected to fear of false cases in the name of sedition and blasphemy and cruel and inhuman laws like “PECA” have been implemented to silence every voice of journalists and civil society.
